Delete your account
You can request deletion here without installing or signing in to the app. Confirm ownership by email, then review and confirm your request on this website.
What happens next
- After final confirmation, your account sessions and access to content you own are stopped. This cannot be undone, and the same email cannot register again.
- Account records, comments and owned original and converted media are removed within 30 days. Nanouri backups expire within up to 7 additional days after removal.
- Some records are retained: a non-reversible email identifier to prevent re-registration, a status receipt for 90 days after completion, and limited safety case records under their published retention rules.
- Viewing activity not linked to your account follows its separate retention policy. Copies already delivered to others cannot be recalled. Firebase installation deletion depends on a request from each device and has a separate provider timeline.
Request a confirmation email
The deletion-only link works once and expires after 5 minutes. Opening the email or link alone does not delete anything.
Confirm permanent deletion
This link identifies the account that requested deletion. Check that you opened the email for the account you intend to delete.
Check a deletion request
The receipt is kept for this browser tab only. Download it to check progress later, even after signing out or uninstalling the app. Keep the file private: it can read status, but cannot sign in or delete an account.
